I really enjoyed the place, its free breakfast.

The food was fresh and the staff were pleasant. I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with basic free breakfast. The location was marvellous for me. Also, the hotel was 2 miles away from Southern Chicks Market.

The hotel had magnificent views. I loved having 2 double beds in the room, which was spacious and well stocked. A microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were available. The location was ideal in the mountains and close to attractions like Cherokee and Maggie Valley. Everything was very good; my top choice in Hendersonville again.

Had a great three-night stay, glad I picked this hotel. The rooms were clean, affordable, and included towels. The central location was convenient. I liked having a restaurant nearby at the hotel.

The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were fantastic. The free breakfast each morning was a highlight of my stay, featuring delicious options. The staff was very attentive and friendly, with a special mention to a young lady at the front desk who noticed I was using a cane and kindly moved our room to the first level. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent, being centrally located and close to restaurants and shopping. It was especially convenient to have a Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel, offering some of the best Mexican food I've had in years.

The pool area here is spotless, and they serve an amazing continental breakfast which includes scrambled eggs, cheese, and potatoes, all at a very reasonable cost.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. We liked the convenience of the restaurant on site. The room was clean and comfortable and suited its purpose for our one night stay to get our puppy. Overall a great experience and I would stay again.

Beds were the worst beds I have ever slept on. They were so mushy that when you had two people on the bed you both rolled to the center. Every time the other person moved you work up! My husband finally slept on the floor because he couldn't sleep. I had the bed too myself the rest of the night and could hardly sleep cause there was no support to the bed. I got up in the morning so sore......should have just continued our drive because nobody got any sleep. I take to the person at the front desk about the non-sleeping and she smiled and said she would let someone know. I have NEVER complained at a hotel and even have a rewards for Best Western but will think twice next time I make a reservation! It was higher in price than the one my sister chose and they had great beds! Breakfast staff was great food was marginal.

I recently stayed at this pet-friendly hotel and had a great time. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, nestled close to the mountains. This hotel is definitely a great choice for anyone visiting Hendersonville.
